    Hello,

    I’m getting a 404 error in the Chrome console that shows the resource (fontello.woff2) failed to load. See below link. I’m also receiving the error in the Web CEO audit program. I’ve checked the server via FTP and the file is not there, but I don’t think it was there to begin with. It’s calling for the woff2 file. The fontello.woff file is on the server. The Enfold theme version is up to date (4.7.6.4) and the wordpress version is up to date. I’m using a child theme. I see there’s been discussions on this topic in the past and I’ve tried resolving using the suggestions, but with no luck. Is there a fix from my end or is it a theme glitch? Please advise what I should do. Thanks.

    Hey iveyeng,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.7.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Hi Rickard,

    I didn’t see an update available on the WP dashboard. Why is that? I followed the directions to update via FTP but the server crashed. Not sure what happened…..or maybe it’s because there’s a child theme. Fortunately, I made a backup so it’s working now. But it’s still not updated to the latest version. How do I update manually and make sure the files are copied over correctly?

    Rikard,

    I was able to update the theme using the dashboard where I uploaded it. It’s showing current theme 4.8.7.1. (Will updates be automatic from here on?).

    However, I checked for that error and I’m still getting it. I also cleared the cache. Any ideas/suggestions to fix the error, missing font file? Thanks.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I see that you have uploaded a fontello font under Enfold->Import/Export. Could you try to delete that file, then upload it again to see if that helps please?

    If your token is valid and working as it should, then updates should appear automatically on the backend of your site from now on. If they don’t, then please try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
