    Hi Supporters,
    I’m having a huge problem with transactions, somehow the 2nd address line from purchases is missing especially from Paypal fast checkout.
    I don’t have anywhere else to go, I’ve been trying to use Braintree, swipe, different theme, contacted their support teams and none of them solved the problem.
    finally, I’ve reached the Paypal support and now they say:

    Thank you for contacting PayPal Merchant Technical Support. I am happy to assist with your question.

    I understand this is a frustrating situation. Your third party shopping cart determines what details are actually passed over to PayPal to process in the API calls. Unfortunately we are not receiving the 2nd address line from your carts API calls. Please work with them to correct this.

    can someone help me to understand what is Carts API calls? and who’s in charge of it? maybe a quick function code would solve this problem?
    Please help me find an answer, I’m losing money & customers every day now. (money cuz our carrier gets automatic orders with missing 2nd line address and customers cuz they pissed off about not getting their boxes, ultimately they open a dispute to cancel their orders)

    Hi,

    I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, what exactly is responsible for sending the missing information? If the same problem happens when you are not running Enfold, then the problem is not theme related, and out support is limited when it comes to problems with third party plugins or code.

    First off, I would suggest that you update all your plugins, the theme, and WordPress. https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
