    Hi
    I don’t see Add New button in plugin menu to install new plugins. Is it normal for this theme or not?
    Please help me to install new plugins.

    Hey!

    You have two Enfold installations, please remove one and update the theme to the latest version 3.1.3 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    Issue seems to be WordPress related. To make sure it is, please try switching to one of the default WordPress themes and check if you can reproduce the issue

    In addition to the main dashboard, each language has a separate dashboard and many features including installing plugins are only available in the main dashboard.

    I’ve got the same problem. All of a sudden the ‘plugins’ menu is present but the submenu including ‘add new’ is missing…

    It’s likely not theme related, but open a new thread and include admin login details to your site in private so that we can have a closer look.
