Hi Kriesi
Since the latest Enfold update the menu items on a site cannot be scrolled through.I have disabled all the plugins but it still didn’t work.
WP and plugins all updated.
Please advise how to fix this.

Regards, HelenNovember 1, 2020 at 6:57 am #1257397Hi Helen,
Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, could you try to explain a bit further or post a screenshot highlighting it please? Also please consider updating to the latest version of the theme (4.7.6.4): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardNovember 2, 2020 at 6:54 pm #1257671I need a token to update which is weird because it updated itself a while back without one. The purchase code is not a token even through I’ve updated the support licence.
Here is the purchase code for support update – please supply token: 4d822aea-30be-4c8b-8763-ad3cc0d39338
Also it is hard to show that something is not reacting to instructions but I will try. The header is fixed and the menu drop-down options work but you can’t reach the ones at the bottom as it only shows what is visible on the screen missing off the last few options below is link. Can I send a picture to better explain – there is no option here to do that?
Please note this used to work well and has recently stopped working.
I welcome your help with this and I hope you appreciate that this matter is now quite urgent.
Regards, HelenNovember 3, 2020 at 9:01 am #1257899Hi Helen,
Purchase codes no longer work for getting updates, please refer to this on how to register your theme and how to generate a token for the backend: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardNovember 3, 2020 at 6:24 pm #1258088The tokens aren’t working. I have tried three different ones. Updates still not allowed.
Please advise.
Many thanks, Helen
November 4, 2020 at 2:06 pm #1258267Today the token has worked. I’ll be back in touch once it updates in 24 hours.

NikkoNovember 5, 2020 at 1:29 pm #1258599Hi Kriesi
I have now managed to update all of the software including the theme on this site and the php version behind the site. The problem is still there.
When you get the drop-down options for the meny you can’t scroll down to reach all the options. You used to be able to do this but it just stopped working.
i have included an image above along with the access information. I welcome your help in this.
With regards
HelenNovember 6, 2020 at 11:38 am #1258825Hi,
Thanks for the update. I still can’t see any problem on my end, please see screenshot in private. Could you post a screenshot of the problem from your end, and what you would like to change please?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 10, 2020 at 1:45 pm #1259565Rikard, if your screen is large enough to display the full menu options then it is fine because they are all visible. However, if your screen is smaller (small laptop) then the menu options go off the bottom of the screen and you are unable to scroll down through them to view them all. This started being an intemitent problem a month ago and now is a constant problem.
The menu used to scroll down with the screen or you could use arrows to get to options. See screenshot below with view from smaller screen.
November 11, 2020 at 6:49 am #1259771Hi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.av-main-nav ul { width: 308px; } .av-main-nav ul a { padding-top: 5px; padding-bottom: 5px; }
Best regards,
RikardNovember 11, 2020 at 12:07 pm #1259842I have added the code but it has not made the menu work better. Please advise what else I can try?
November 12, 2020 at 12:01 pm #1260087Hi,
Maybe you could try to arrange the menu on some other way? Divide it into two items, or add some of the 2nd level items to the 3rd level for example?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 12, 2020 at 2:55 pm #1260143Rikard, the menu has been like this for over 3 years and worked well. It has recently stopped working for no reason whatsoever. I would not be good practice for a web designer to shrug their shoulders and tell a client ‘tough, it doesn’t work’. The client knows ful well that it has stopped working. I have just added extra time for support with Kriesi and need your support within this please.
November 13, 2020 at 12:47 pm #1260326Hi,
Thanks for the update. So how exactly did that menu work before? There is no solution for your menu to extend beyond the height of your browser as far as I know. Maybe it would be better if you set that menu to use a mega menu instead?
Please see link in private for how your site looked in August, I can’t see any difference in the behaviour compared to the current version.

November 17, 2020 at 4:59 pm #1261054When you scrolled down the screen the menu moved down too with the bottom options showing.
November 18, 2020 at 1:06 pm #1261258Hi,
Thanks for the update. Do you have a screenshot or mockup describing or highlighting this behaviour?
As you can see in our demos, the menus behave just like on your site, so I’m not sure how your menus worked before? https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/
