Hello,
one of our websites is having problems with menu shown on smartphone when you join into it where the menu (that should be opened by clicking the button) is visible scrolling the page on the right. To let this thing disappear i have to click the button first and then the menu will work without problems.
This is a thing that happens everytime people join into the website and i’m asking you how to fix this problem.This is the issue https://prnt.sc/qvqz6s

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

looking the guide, can i update the theme using WordPress backend or i can’t because i’m using v1 of enfold?
In case i can’t, do i have to use ftp to upload it?
