    Hi Everyone,

I am having an issue with the enfold theme. When i try to add an additional link or item to my menu, it “breaks” and doesnt display the correct submenu structure. I am using bluehost as my hosting service.

I’m not sure if this is an issue with enfold or with the mega menu plugin(which came with enfold). I have not downloaded the plugin separately.

Do you have any input on how best to fix this issue? I have attached a link to our website below:

    Hey Zachary!

Your menu looks as expected on my end.

Can you please create me an administrator account (post it here as a private reply)? so i can try reproduce the issue.

    Best regards,
    Josue

    Hi!

It’s a serve issue, you need to increase your max_input_vars setting, refer to this article:

    Hi @zjohnson79,

Does it happen with the default WordPress theme?

    Cheers!

    Hi Josue,

It seems to be “breaking” for all themes. Its as though the menu is maxed out.

That’s a common problem (not theme-related), the only solution i know is to increase the max_input_vars settings, i believe 300 is not enough, maybe:

    max_input_vars = 3000

Also, it would be better to ask your hosting provider support to do this if you don’t have direct access to the php.ini file.

    Cheers!
    Josue
