Hello.
I use the plugin https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/for-the-visually-impaired/.
How can I make a menu item that enables / disables this plugin outside the menu so that it is constantly visible in the mobile version?
And how to center an image in the menu itself?

The link is added as the menu item and it will be hidden. It you add the link in the widget in the custom widget area in the header you can have it still show on mobile.
