    Greetings of the day,
I have played with css many times and customized the items as much as I can however I am unable to do the following points, therefore I require your expertise!

    1. I managed to change the background color for menu and submenu but whenver the submenu item is hovered the background from top menu item is removed. How do i fix it?

    2. The background color seems to include separator “|” How can I start the background color after separator.

    3. Whenever I hover on the main menu it tends to flicker down (may be because of the border), how can I keep the border hidden so that it just becomes visible when hovered and thus stopping the flickering.

    4. I managed to get the border to the most of the sub menu item, however I can not cover the top of sub menu item with the border because it wont look good, is it possible to cover the border on the top right corner of the sub-menu so the whole menu looks bordered.

Thanks a lot guys for all the help in advance.

    Hi!

refuse from bumping into your own thread, as it pushes it behind in our queue and marks it as answered and then we can’t provide a faster reply to you.

Would be best for this forum to use different tickets for different questions.

1.) This does not happen for me. I checked your menu and background color stays the same when hovered on any sub menu. Which browser are you using? can you provide us screenshots please? use imgur.com or dropbox.

2.) No idea what you mean. Can you explain further please?

3.) This does not happen neither for me. Which OS and browser are you using? have in mind to use newest browser version always.

4.) Not sure what you are trying to do. Can you provide us a mockup showing the result please?

    Regards,
    Andy
