Hey Gunter & team,
I saw you did some work on accessibility on a recent update for menus etc which is great, thanks for improving that.
I just notice that Lighthouse is now flagging an issue (on desktop) described as:
“[role]s are not contained by their required parent element
Some ARIA child roles must be contained by specific parent roles to properly perform their intended accessibility functions.”
You can see it if you run a Lighthouse test on the new site I just launched below.
Can you take a look and see if it can be improved?
Thanks as always,
Tim.
Hey Tim,
Thanks for your feedback.
I’ve already been adressed with this notice – see https://kriesi.at/support/topic/error-in-socket-menu-aria-aria-accessability-issue/#post-1327070https://kriesi.at/support/topic/error-in-socket-menu-aria-aria-accessability-issue/#post-1327070
But I have no idea how to remove/solve that.
Best regards,
Günter
Hey Gunter,
Ah ok sorry I didn’t see that other thread.
That is a strange one. Maybe someone with some ARIA experience (not me!) can shed some light on it for the forum.
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
Tim
