Hi, I am having issues with one of my sites. There are errors on the backend whereas if I go to the plugin page (and others) for instance, I get this page…

    This page isn’t working
williamsresidentialdesign.ca is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

I also tried updating WordPress and it failed. Further, when I go to edit a post, the content is missing in the post editor.

I checked with the server support (Cloudways) and they said they were seeing memory errors in the logs. See below:

[proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 1373] [client 127.0.0.1:35883] AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 100663296 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 320705 bytes) in /home/99329-78634.cloudway…mes/enfold/css/dynamic-css.php on line 948\n’, referer: https://williamsresidentialdesign.ca/wp-admin/post.php?post=1650&action=edit

My understanding is this is a theme issue. Can you please let me know if you can help? Login credentials included.

    Thank you

Following up on this ticket. Can anyone help with this issue?

    Hi timkeeley,

Are there any more fatal errors in the logs? The memory issue is not supposed to affect WordPress dashboard navigation.

    Try deactivating Enfold via FTP

    And uploading a fresh copy.

    Best regards,
    Victoria
