    Afternoon,

    I had a mega nav on my clients website and I also had installed Popup Maker. It seems that when the Popup Maker plugin is activated I somehow lose the mega nav. What do you suggest in order for me to have both of these items? Do you have a different plugin?

    Thanks for the login details, I can’t see that you have selected for any of your menu items to be displayed as a mega menu though. How exactly can we reproduce the problem you are having?

    When the Pop Up Maker plugin is activated it some hoe deactivates the Mega Menu. Best way to replicate this issue is to deactivate the app then go to menus reselect menu to be mega nav & save. Refresh a few times so it’s not caching. You will then se the mega nav the way I had it. It works perfectly until you go back to the app and reactivate it. Now this takes a few minutes for the menu to realize that it’s changed. It then turns off the mega nav feature. :(

    If there is a different Pop UP maker that plays nice with all apps and menus I am open to that.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    This is a known compatibility issue with the plugin. It’s using the same hook as the mega menu option, so it overrides the other. Please refer to the following documentation for a possible solution.
