    Hi All,

    Need some help here with the Mega Menu. Everything was working fine until a client told me that all of a sudden he noticed that my Mega Menu setup under “Services” in the main menu had suddenly changed and does not form columns anymore.

    I think it has something to do with one of the updates provided recently as I haven’t made any changes to the site at all other than installed updates.

    I checked all the settings and they are all fine. I would really like this back working as it was so if anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it.

    Hi collinssafety!

    Navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus and double check that your menu is set to display in the “Primary Menu” theme area. Also double check that the services link has the “mega menu” option checked.

    If your still having trouble then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    Checked all that and everything looks right to me. FYI: I’m using the menu entitled “Second Menu”

    Hi!

    I deactivated all of your plugins and it started to work. Deactivate them all and reactivate them one by one to see which one is causing the problem.

    It’s been awhile since we had time to revisit this issue and kept living with it until we could get around to it. However, I tried to recreate the same fix recommendation provided by Elliott… it didn’t work. I disabled all plugins and still no change.
    The issue is that the megamenu isn’t displaying “Across” the screen but rather straight down which isn’t what it is supposed to do. I want to get this back the way it was please. See the website under services and see for yourself.

    It’s been a long time now and would really like to get this solved once and for all.

    Ok, I added it back. Should be good now. Please don’t try and disable the plugins again… I already confirmed it wasn’t that and when I did that it screwed up some settings that caused me spend two hours to fix. It has to be something else.
    Regardless, even if it was the plugins, you guys should of heard about what plugins are causing issues by now or least know what plugins don’t work with enfold.

    What do you mean by “Across”? Do you mean full width? The width of the mega menu is limited to a certain extent. It’s never been full width even on the older versions.

    Hey!

    We haven’t been able to login to the site but I think the problem is that the mega menu columns have the “This column should start a new row” option enabled. Please check that.

    That was it. I can’t believe I missed that. Thanks a lot Ismael!
    That was was driving nuts.

    On another note… isn’t this mega menu supposed to be capable of displying images as well> If so, where is that info?
