    I keep getting the following error since updating.

    Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).mediaelementplayer is not a function
    at HTMLDocument. (seriesenginefrontend281.js?ver=5.5.1:835)
    at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)

    Hi fbccabool,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.

    You will not lose it but it’s always a good idea to have a full website backup ready in case something goes wrong.

    I have completely uninstalled enfold downloaded a fresh copy from ThemeForest and uploaded it using FTP through my host. I’m still having all the same problems.

    I know that it has something to do with the way Enfold is interacting with the series engine plugin. If I disable it then it works but previous versions have never impacted it. And Series Engine also works with Prayer Engine which is working fine. I’m sure it is something small I’m missing but don’t know what.

    I checked the page today and did not get the error. Also, I tried the form but did not go all the way to the end and did not get the error. Are you still getting the error?
