    Hi there

I’ve just noticed that a massive gap has appeared below masonry galleries. I can’t locate any code that is causing this issue.

    Could someone take a look?

    Thanks, Silvio

    Hi Silvio,

Can you try to disable Javascript File Merging And Compression in Enfold > Performance? and see if it helps.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

Hi Thanks for getting back to me. This has made no difference.

    Thanks. Silvio

    Hi Silvio,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Silvio,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have set Content height to Auto adjust to content (default: Same height for all tabs) in Layout > Height (when you edit the tab section) and it seems to have resolved the problem.
    Please review your site.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

Sorry but the issue remains the same…where did you make the adjustment?

    #1399337

    Hi,
This is the setting that Nikko was referring to:
    Enfold_Support_486.jpeg
I tested this on two different pages linked below, and it seems to help, please clear your browser cache and check.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi, and thanks.

This has stopped the issue of a large empty space below the gallery, however when ‘load more’ is pressed the next set of images only partly show and the ‘load more’ tab disappears.

I have reverted wall tab sections back to ‘same height for all tabs’ for now.

    Hi,
I didn’t see this, what browser are you using?

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,

I’ve tried this on Chrome/Opera/Edge and it’s the same on all.

See link below – this is after 1st ‘Load More’ selection, images are cut off and don’t load when Auto Adjust to content is selected for the tab section.

    Hi Silvio,

The image you provided in the private content does not seem to show any information on how it looks on your browser, please check.
Have you tried to check it as well using a different device? maybe it’s a caching issue on your device.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi

I have duplicated a page with the tab section and Auto Adjust to content is enabled.

    Cache plugin is disabled too.

    Hi Silvio,

Can you set the permissions to the credentials you gave to administrator? so we can try to check again.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,

Try now using the login already sent.

    Hi Silvio,

    Thanks for that.
I’ve tried to disable the caching plugin and switched to the parent theme (I have reverted this action, so it’s enabled again and using the child theme) and it seems to work properly.
Please see the screen recording link in private content.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,

Nothing is resolved, sorry. The issue is still there, images do not reveal after selecting ‘load more’ and the advised ‘Auto adjust to content’ is selected.

Not sure what your message is trying to say…

    Silvio

    Hi,
Please ensure that you only make any test to the linked page below, it appears that changes were made to a different page and this has caused issues with my client.

    Thanks

    Hi Silvio,

I apologize if the changes I made caused any issues, can you setup another staging site? I thought the link you gave was a staging site because of its subdomain name.
The screencast I posted shows it works properly when I have disabled the caching plugin and have switched to the parent theme, which suggests that the problem is most likely on the child theme.
I have also tested this on my enfold install however I could not reproduce the same issue, maybe your child theme has some js scripts/code that maybe interferring with the load more button function.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi

It’s the Enfold child theme. Has it been updated? Perhaps the one I use is old.

The site is a dev, but is about to go live, I’ll create a new one for you and forward the details shortly.

    Thanks, Silvio

    Hi Silvio,

The child theme won’t get updated unless you make a change to it, only the parent theme (Enfold) gets updated.
We’ll wait for the staging site then.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
