    Okay mein Problem ist folgendes auf meiner beta site 4tomorrow.area54.ch funktioniert die Seite Tadellos , Wenn ich sie aber via updraft auf meine main Domain 4tomorrow.ch hoch lade geht irgendwas schief, Alle Masonrys bleiben leer, Im shop zeigt es auch nur die hälfte an . wir versuchen dieses Problem nun seit 2 Wochen zu lösen leider erfolglos. Ich hoffe das ich hier die Lösung nun finde _)

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. It starts working when I deactivate file compression under Enfold->Performance, I’m not sure why it’s not working when that is active unfortunately. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also please try deactivate/activate file compression after you have updated.

    just to make sure before i make a mistake :-) So there is no update and i have to download it again, delete my site and reboot it ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. You shouldn’t have to delete anything, but I see that you haven’t added a token to your backend, that means you won’t see any update. Please try following this first, then update: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. You can also update via FTP if you prefer that: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

    okay sadly i still always get a error, i tried now two different tokens and the actual is bellow. I also installed the envato plugin:-( i would be realy happy if i could open my shop again:-(

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I can’t see any difference between your staging and live site now, I’m guessing that problem is fixed? If you want us to update your site to the latest version then please include FTP login details in private as well.
