    Hi,
    We are relying on the masonry ‘load more’ and have customized it with an image. It was working until we updated to 5.6.10 or at least I think it was. My client brought it to my attention today that it wasn’t loading when clicked. I’ve noticed that it does eventually load when using Chrome, but not at all in other browsers. There is an overlay like masonry is trying to load more then nothing happens. I don’t think it is a plugin conflict, unless updates to plugins are the problem.

    The website URL is in private content. Is there a known problem with this? Do you have any suggestions? I can restore back to 5.6.9, if necessary but would prefer to find out what is causing the problem. Thanks.

    Hey GWS,

    This is not a know problem with the latest version of the theme. I can’t see any problems on my end either using Firefox, is there sure way of reproducing the problem you are seeing on your end?

    Thank you for your response. I reread what I wrote and I don’t think I explained the issue very clearly.
    If you scroll down on the page and click on the red ‘load more’ button a dark overlay appears on the screen as if the next few rows of masonry are loading, however nothing happens. The new rows don’t load and the page seems to be stuck with the dark overlay and nothing else happening.
    If you could please try to click on the load more you may have the same experience. I’ve tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox with the same result — the rows don’t load.

    Thanks for the clarification. Did you try to deactivate all plugins, or activate the parent theme? If not, then please try doing so first of all.

    Thank you for your suggestion. It looks like the new version and the Hustle popup plugin had a conflict. We seemed to have resolved the issue.
