    Hey,

im very frustrated with the masonry gallery element – on my page I included 10 images with custom links.
I want to initially only show 3 images with the load more button.

When i do so, the first 3 images are displayed as expected and are clickable. When I click on “load more” the remaining images appear but are not clickable even though they all have a link. Why is that? Can it be fixed?

It works when i use preview but not when i test the site in incognito mode (not logged into WP)

    Pls help

    Hey restube,

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Best regards,

    Hey Rikard,

it did not help, problem remains the same.

It’s quite annoying since this is a major feature for our website update and we can’t it release before this is fixed.

Any ideas how to fix it?

    Update:
For some reason on a different page the same gallery is working:
    https://www.restube.com/home/

there a multiple issues that same to take turns
    – sometimes the links work but then the caption can’t be changed is displays file name
    – sometime i can change the name but the link click issue is back

    very frustrating tbh

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I tried checking your site again, but the page you initially linked to is giving me a 404 error, and the login page too. Could you let us know where we can see the problem you are having please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Sorry, had it in draft. Check again pls

Btw here to images highlighting the issues:

How Gallery displays (and should always look like) in Preview Mode loged into WP:

How it looks when published from a different browser

See the difference? Now its clickable but the Caption is English even though I entered it in German.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update and screenshot. I wanted to login to have a closer look, but the login page is still giving me a 404 error.

The actual page works on my end, and the column link as well. I do see the language problem you are pointing out in the screenshot though.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Here’s are the login details

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I saw that you only had 3 images in the german gallery, so I added one more. Otherwise the load more button won’t show. The image I added seems to be working fine, and it loads the correct language as well. Am I missing a step in how to reproduce the problem you were having before?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
