Hi,
My Mason Gallery is navigating to display images on their own instead of opening a modal dialog. e.g. web address =https://mistletoecottagekinnersley.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/RWP_0049.jpg
The theme setting ‘Lightbox Modal Window’ is set to use the default lightbox.
The Mason Gallery is setting ‘Image Link’ is set to Lightbox Linking active’.
I’ve deactivated plugins.
Any ideas?

November 20, 2018 at 11:32 am #1035522Hi Nick,
Thanks for the details, they are working fine on my end. I can’t see what is going wrong on your site, there are no error messages on the page for instance. I see that you are overriding header.php in your child theme though, did you make sure that it’s using the latest version from the parent theme you are running?
You could also try to update to 4.5 if you like. Please note that the update to 4.5 has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

Perfect. That’s sorted it. I’ve removed the header.php override and it’s now working properly.
I believe it was to add in Google Tag Manager code to the header, which is no longer required.
Many thanks, Nick
