The masonry gallery displays fine but on the iPad, when you click a photo and activate the light box it pops up and then disappears straight away. How can I fix this problem?
December 21, 2016 at 10:41 pm #727322I have exact the same issue here. Lightbox will open and photo will briefly (less then half a second) and then disappear. Odd thing is that when I slighlty swipe the screen the photo reappears.
@kieranvyas: if you slighly swipe the screen does the photo then appear again?Interestingly enough the same issue is there when opening lightboxes on the Kriesi website. Same issue on my desktop computer so not isolated to ios either. Maybe the recent update of Enfold theme is causing this issue?

December 27, 2016 at 7:22 pm #728280Hi,
I can’t see the error when emulating iPad on Chrome. Also on http://ipadpeek.com/ it seems to work fine.
However, please update to Enfold v3.8.4 and deactivate all plugins to find out which one is causing this issue.
Best regards,
AndyJanuary 2, 2017 at 12:49 pm #728489This issue is a really big problem which seems to occur on every iOS device with iOS 10.x. I tested the Lightbox on the following devices (in Safari) with the following results:
• iPhone 6 with iOS 9.3.1:no error
• iPhone 6 with iOS 10.2: error
• iPhone 5S with iOS 10.2: error
• iPad Mini with iOS mit iOS 9.3.1: no error
• iPad Mini with iOS 10.2: error
• iPad Air with iOS 10.2: error
• iPad Pro with iOS 10.2: error
• iPad (1. version) with iOS 9.3.5: no errorI could not see any error in Safari on MacOS or in any browser on Windows. It also seems to work with iPad simulations.
But it definitively IS a problem on physical devices! And as the majority of iOS users should already have iOS 10.x this issue should be solved as soon as possible!I got the latest Enfold version and I also tried to deactivate all plugins – nothing helped. The problem also occurs in the Enfold demo http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview (Masonry Gallery).
Thanks and best regards,
KatjaJanuary 2, 2017 at 1:01 pm #728498I have exactly the same issues as described by Katja. I have tested as well and can confirm that the issue is also existing on my MacBook and iMac. The issue does not only affects my own website but I have the same issues when visiting the demo sites at krisie.at.
January 2, 2017 at 1:33 pm #728519Hi,
@kieranvyas i checked your page on my iphone 5s on ios 10.1.1 and it does work fine on my end. Attached a screenshot in private content field. I will ask my teammates to check your site on ios10.2. Please kindly wait to hear from them.
@ksei81 and @winnieandbuzz, please start new threads and attach a link to your pages where we can see the issue. If you post them here they will be visible to creator of this thread as wellBest regards,

KatjaJanuary 2, 2017 at 3:27 pm #728631Hi Katja,
Thanks for posting in the new thread as Yigit suggested. I’m still updating my ipad to the 10.2, I’ll check it once my ipad is updated.

Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.avia-safari .mfp-img { -webkit-animation: none !important; animation: none !important; }
Best regards,
YigitJanuary 4, 2017 at 3:30 pm #729449Hi Yigit, is this a permanent solution or a temporary fix? Thanks
January 4, 2017 at 3:35 pm #729455Hey!
Our devs are investigating the issue. They might come up with a better solution to include in the upcoming update. Until then, this is a temporary solution :)
Cheers!
YigitJanuary 4, 2017 at 3:35 pm #729456Great! Thank you!
