I really need to talk to someone. I used to LOVE Enfold. Now, I have issues and I get no answers. I have tried on client’s accounts other than this one.
-Updates not working
– drag and drop not working
– updates not showing up

Thanks for that, let’s stick to one problem at a time. I checked the page in private and the drag and drop functionality is working fine on my end. How can we reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end?

Thanks for the update. I tried moving elements around on the page I linked to previously and it seems to be working fine. If you could try to give us a actual example from a specific page then it would be easier to help you out.

I can’t see any screenshots in your last reply. Please try to upload it to a service like imgur.com, then link to it here. My request in my last reply still stands though, we need a specific example where we can see and reproduce the problem you are having.

Thanks for that. So what is the iframe in the code block supposed to do? Is the same code working if you switch to one of the default WordPress themes?

RikardIt is not working there either however, I added a simple change but putting in a hyperlink and went to see if it updated and showed anything at all and it did not. I want to point out that the video also showed that nothing can be dragged below the fold. So I can not set up the page without bringing things down a tiny bit at a time. This is extremely frustrating when it is a long page

Thanks for the update. So is this the only page where the drag and drop problem occurs on? It looks like the iframe you are trying to add is breaking the layout builder. Do you mind if we try to change the code a bit? The reason would be to remove what looks like line breaks which look like they shouldn’t be there to me.
If you need to keep on building your page then please start a new page and add the content you need to add without the iframe. That can always be added on a later point, if we can get it to work that is. If it’s not working with a default theme either then I would suggest that you contact the authors of the code to see if maybe they can help you out as well.

All of your sites are using an outdated version of the theme. Please download a latest copy of the theme from ThemeForest and replace the theme folder via FTP in wp-content\themes
For more information please check the FTP install guide.
You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:
1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin like W3 Total Cache or Wordfence is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right-click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.
Once you update the theme to the latest version the issue should be fixed.
