The hotspot links work great on my Galaxy Note, but when I tried on my boss’s iPhone, they would not work well when touching the dots. Is there a way to make the dots bigger or has anyone heard of this issue?

First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not then please let us know on which type of iphone/browser you are seeing this problem in.
