Major issue after updating theme

Hello,

I am currently experiencing major issues after updating the theme over 2 weeks ago. Currently, I struggle to save my content after I’ve put it into the builder. What’s happening is that I’m opening an text box, inserting content and formatting everything. Then, I am pressing “Save” and when it returns to the overall builder screen my mouse gets stucks at one spot, and I get the message “this page is not responding” I have to click wait several times. Sometimes it does work after a few minutes, other times (which is happening more often now) I am losing all of the content and edits that I just completed.

Can someone who may be familiar with this issue help me? I have an IT/Dev company that helps me but I don’t think they can even figure out what’s going on at this point. It usually takes me 40 minutes to post content but now it’s taking me hours.
