Major Fail with Google Maps and Enfold 4.6.3.1

I am having a problem getting Google Maps to work on a clients website. I have tried following all of the suggestions that apply to me in the forums… still nothing.

I keep getting this error on Chrome and Firefox: “This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.”

Please help!
