    hi
    we installed enfold and imported startup business demo. if we modify a page, for example products and update it we then cant edit it anymore and half the content is not displayed, whereas it shows on the backend preview button.

    happy to go into more detail and even show you over a screen share. this is urgent for us.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    That usually happens when there is broken HTML on the page. I checked your content and could not find any. I tried enabling shortcode parser – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#shortcode-parser and updating the page but content was not removed and I am still able to edit the page after updating.

    Could you please elaborate on the issue?

    there is far more on here in the builder than showing on the page…. whats the issue???? (ensure you are logged in to view) ensure you are logged into preview too, preview is what it should look like, i didnt delete anything, just added the slider and it all went funny, try and edit something on the page, see what i mean?

    how do i disable the editor box that you enabled please? If you could tell me so i can enable and disable it again in future if required?
