    Hi,

My website is under maintenance, and i have set maintenance page in my site.
But, when i type for example SERVICE menu instead of http://mywebsite/service,
    the page is opened.

What is an alternative solution to lock the site until the maintenance phase is done,
so when visitor visit the site and type anything, the site is not dispayed anything, except maintenance page.

    Thank you.

    Hey JJ!

Please try using a plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-maintenance-mode/

    Cheers!

    Dear Yigit,

Thank you, but if i’m installing that plugin, coming-soon page from this theme will be useless.
I just need function lock to visitor can’t access any menu, but coming soon page from this theme is still used.

    Hi!

You can edit your pages and set visibility to private while you are developing your theme

    Cheers!

    Hi,

Yes, i know that. I have set visibility to Private, and then? How about related coming soon with wp maintenance mode plugin?
I need the coming soon page from enfold theme, and user is locked when they are typing menu directly from the URL.

How about to combine them? Thanks.

Not possible, you’d need to either use the plugin or Enfold pages with public/private visibility options.

    Hi,

Ok, i think is possible. So, what is the use of private visibility options like you recommended?
    Thanks

If you set a Page to private only you will be able to access it.

    Best regards,
    Josue
