I purchased this theme for my commercial website. I have been trying to get this fixed for DAYS now. Support has not been helpful. My customers are getting a POOR user experience. I have already recommended the theme to a business associate but think I may have made a mistake. I have taken multiple screenshots, given you admin access to my website. I explained how frustrated I am and now no response.
Please help me with this issue right away.
