My site is in development and I noticed that the elements for MailChimp, Edit Contact Form Elements are not showing up so I am unable to add the fields that I need into the website. Credentials are listed below please help with this issue.

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.6.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
