    Hi! We have a signup form here at [see private content].

    The form was working a few days ago, but now it’s not sending signups/email addresses to MailChimp. When I view the list, they’re not there in MC, but when I try to use an email address that isn’t in MC, but I tried adding, it says the user is already subscribed.

    Hey mocreate,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If it doesn’t, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.

    Hi! I’ve updated the theme and there still seem to be issues with email addresses making their way to MailChimp. Credentials in private content.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the info!

    I tried subscribing with 2 email addresses (see private content field below) and after success message, I went to Enfold theme options > Newsletter and clicked “Check Key again & renew Lists” and confirmed that Subscriber count increase.
    Could you please check if these email addresses are visible on your MailChimp account?
