Opening a new thread as requested by Ismael.

Required fields are all filled in correctly, yet the field is not submitted and the error ‘Please make sure that your fields are filled in correctly’ is displayed.

This is very frustrating, it was pure chance that a potential customer called me to say it wasn’t working.. I’ve had other people tell me the same thing and tested from several different locations/devices.

    Problem on this site: https://www.blackbeltacademy.info

    Problem occurs on multiple forms:

Hey, I have been receiving spams through my “Contact form” Hear around that Enfold had some issues with this. I do not like the Contact form 7 and to collect date I set up “Mailchimp Form” instead. I am receiving the same error message. “Please make sure that your fields are filled in correctly”
Can you either allow for the regular contact form to have recapcha or fix the security issue or better yet fix the integration with MailChimp!

I’m getting rather frustrated by the lack of response from support here.

It’s over a month now since I first reported the problem, and I am definitely losing out on potential clients who can’t register via the site. This is a MAJOR PROBLEM which needs to be addressed without delay.

Several other people have reported the same thing.
What’s happening to get this resolved?

    Hi,

There is a new patch, that does include all those fixes.
We are working to have the patch ready for release, so we do appreciate your patience on our work

I have the same problem. It looks like the date field gives the error. Without this field, my form works.
Did some tests with the notation dd/mm/yy or mm/dd/yy but doesn’t seem to be the problem.

I also noticed that “Load jQuery in your footer” under Performance breaks the datepicker.

    Hi tijshensen,

Yes, you need to disable “Load jQuery in your footer” under Performance. Many scripts depend on jQuery being loaded earlier.

Yes, I understand, I was trying to find the root cause of the problem.
