Lots of Spam emails

Hi,
My client is reporting large amounts of spam emails from her website.
It seems all my sites using enfold have issues with spam also.
I have the recapcha on all of them but there seems to be an issue?
Is this a common problem with the theme and is there a fix to it?
Reading forums people suggest switching to contact form 7 but I have so many sites built in Enfold it’s just too bigger job to redo them all and it doesn’t have the nice styling that Enfold does.
