I have purchased a theme a while back and its no longer in my downloads folder, do you have an upgrade charge or is it a full price purchase only option?

Full price is the only option however could you please double check if you are logging into the account that you have used when purchasing the theme? If you are sure, we would recommend you to contact Envato support as the theme should be available in Downloads page.
