Logo size on mobile?

Hello. I’ve been trying to optimize the site the way I want for a long time, but some things just bother me.
I managed to get the logo and text off the desktop when I’m on the homepage, but when I go into some pages, the logo pops up. There is only a transparent logo on the home page because that’s what I wanted. I would also like to see on the other pages that only a transparent logo be found.

On the mobile version I have another problem, it is on and it is too big. Can it be reduced somehow? Can there be a transparent logo on the mobile version just like the desktop version from the home screen?
