Is there a way to mimic a style like that at https://www.tellurideresortlodging.com
I am wanting to put the logo on the left, have a brief sentence and phone number on the right and have the menu below.

You should be able to achieve something similar if you add a widget area to the header: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area
