    Hello dear team,
    I renewed the license for Enfold via https://themeforest.net/ because support is urgently needed.
    After a WordPress update to 6.4.3, pages and posts can no longer be edited.
    Unfortunately, I cannot create a support ticket about the problem in my “Chronus2004” account. Could you please give me additional help?

    Hey Max,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.6.10) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. I see that you are still running version 5.1.1 of the theme, could you try updating it to the latest version please?

    Hi Rikard,
    Thank you for your feedback signal. I downloaded the new theme version and installed it via FTP according to your instructions. After that, the front end of the website was unfortunately completely moved away from the images and the size ratio no longer fit. That’s why I went back to the old version.
    What other options do I have to make the site work properly again?
    I can usually update a theme directly from the dashboard without much trouble. Unfortunately, this is not possible right now.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. We would have to see the actual problem in order to help you out further, could you copy the site to a staging area and update there first maybe?
