    Hi, I logged in in the support section today to retrieve some info from my old support questions and a message popped up in the end of the page saying that it seems my license has expired and I have to buy a new one to get more support, although in my Envato account it says I still have 8 months of support time. What does it mean that my license expired? I cannot see any info about license duration on the theme description in Envato market. According to the message, my license number is 7173b782-d222-4a09-9ceb-6a3489c9c732, though I am not sure how to find it elsewhere, like in my Envato account…? Can you explain?

    here is my purchase confirmation for support ending 15 jan 2022 support purchase ending Jan 15, 2022.
    Below that is another receipt of Jan 18 for another year of support. It seems either Envato did not communicate that to you or you did not register it.

    Thanks for that. I checked that purchase code, and it’s valid. I’m not sure why it’s not reflecting on our end though. We could try to delete your current account, then you could register again with the new purchase code. Would that be ok with you?
