    Hey Folks

    I can’t get any help on the forum because my licence key has expired, so I just purchased one and registered the very large website that I’m working on and still can’t get any support. I get the following message:

    We are very sorry but it seems your Theme License has expired on March 1st, 2016
    In order for you to post support questions you need to enter a new valid themeforest license code

    You can purchase a new license on themeforest or if you purchased one recently simply download it on themeforest.

    So where do I find this licence code if everything is now done by an API?

    Thanks for the update and for sharing the receipt. I’m not sure if I’m reading it correctly, but it looks like you bought another theme license? If so, then please share your new purchase code with us as well. If that is not the case, then are you sure that you used the account as was used to purchase your original theme license?

    i followed the instructions from this website, which were extremely poor.
    I’ve had the same Themeforest account for the best part of twenty years, so yes it’s the same.
    Purchase code is in the Private Content.

    What do i have to do to get some support?
    This process is extremely convoluted and needs refining.

    Please try going to this link and register the purchase code above, you will then see a success message asking for your email address, Please see the screenshot in the Private Content area.
    Your new purchase code above is different than the one in your account, which expired in 2016
