I just upgraded my site from 3.6.1 to 4.5.6. All is working fine but now my layerslider never loads on mobile. I just get the spinning wheel of death. I don’t want to hide on mobile as it used to display fine. What has changed that causes layerslider to no longer work on mobile?
Also, can someone from Enfold please help! Layslider does not display images on Firefox. Is there any option for premium support? I’ve been customer since 2014…

RikardI had to open a new thread for this yesterday and purchased a second version of enfold just so I could get support as i was getting no response. No one has responded to my other thread (paid from my purchase yesterday) and I did provide all the login credentials. I will provide again in the Private Content section below. As this was such a big upgrade for us, I’m not sure where to start with the layerslider issue. In the Private section I have put all my login credentials so you can see if it might be something simple.Thank you
