Hi,
a couple of days ago, all content items (Text, Pictures, aso) in Avia Advanced Layout Editor were blank.
Tried a couple of actions and finally brought the content back (deactivation of plugins, backup of old data didn’t help, downgrading WordPress to 6.4.2 fixed it). Thereafter back to the actual 6.4.3 version of WP and it still worked. Last friday the content is empty again.
Enfold Version is 5.6.9.
What could trigger this behavior? What could I try to do to fix the theme?
Thank you and Regards

RikardMarch 21, 2024 at 11:09 am #1437764Hello, you’ll find Login in Private Section.
Open/create any page and try to Edit any item in the page (Text Block, Headline aso.)
All Elemets in the upcoming window are blank.
Thanks (btw. my support was outdated, I renewed it :)
RdolfMarch 21, 2024 at 6:15 pm #1437798Hi,
Thanks for that. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.6.12) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try to activate the parent theme, or deactivate all plugins temporarily to see if that changes anything.
Best regards,

RikardMarch 25, 2024 at 9:00 am #1438236Hello, I’ve checked with dactivated plugins and without child theme – no help.
Another user raised a issue with same subject and I have the same behavior in another enfold-installation.
Same on several Windows machines and MAC. So the reason should not be on client side.
I seems it is something relatet to probably WP- or php-Version. What could we do to narrow the reason for this down?
Thank you and regards
