Hi,
I am unable to use the advanced layout builder to edit pages because the buffering icon just seems to keep spinning, in an endless loop. Please help!
So far i’ve tried:
1. Clearing cache several times and reloading.
2. different browsers.
3. updating to the latest theme.
4. adding another administrator and signing in from that account.

Nothing has worked.
Help please!

Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please point out on which page/pages this is happening on.

Hi,

Thanks for that. You are running an old version of the theme, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Please note that you might have to delete the old version before you upload the new one in order for it to install properly.
