Layout Builder is not loading properly: For me the Layout Builder always hangs up directly at the first call in the backend, when opening any page from our website https://kellerhalsconsulting.com/ for editing.

I have already tried different approaches from https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly (e.g. clear cache, restart, increase hoster disk space from 256MB to 512MB), unfortunately without success. Also tried different two computers and one laptop in our company, same result.

I would like the Layout Builder to load cleanly and quickly again, so that I can regularly revise my content.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Thank you so much!

    Hey Philipp,

Thanks for the login details. I checked a few pages on your site, but the Layout Builder is loading without any problems on all of them. Is this problem only happening on some pages? If so, then please link directly to them here.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hey Rikard

Unfortunately same isseu today, checking e.g. the pages ‘start’ or ‘zusammenarbeit’.

    What are your thoughts?

    Thank you for sharing!

fyi, additionally if I check the ‘preview’ on those two pages I receive the following error in Chrome:

Die Website ist nicht erreichbar.Verbindung wurde zurückgesetzt.
    Versuche Folgendes:

    Verbindung prüfen
    Proxy und Firewall prüfen
    Windows-Netzwerkdiagnose ausführen
    ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Thank you for considering this issue!

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I checked both of those pages, but the Layout Builder is loading as expected on both of them on my end. The preview is working as it should as well. Could you try using a different browser to see if that helps? If not, then please try using a different network than you are currently on, if possible.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
