Hi, not sure what happened but I can’t see the layout builder elements when i’m trying to edit a page, all I see is a blank section – http://screencast.com/t/tzfDGbSOZgtn

Theme is updated to the latest version – 3.2.2

Any idea how to fix this?

Hello,

Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

No. I created a staging site which is an exact copy of the live site and on the staging site it works OK so i’m really not sure what’s going on.

It’s working fine on Safari. I tried clearing all cache and cookies but still can’t see it when i’m editing on Chrome.

Check on Chrome Incognito Mode, make sure all Addons are disabled.

It works in Incognito mode. What does that mean?

Means that your Chrome Cache may not have been cleared after all, try:
http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

Hi, this issue is occurring again and I can’t fix it with the hard refresh. It is also happening on different browsers and different computers. Any idea how to fix this? It is really frustrating as I can’t edit any of my pages.
