Hi, not sure what’s the problem and how this happened but I can’t see the layout elements when I try to edit a page or create a new page – http://screencast.com/t/hd9GM9csbxeV
I tried clearing cache. Tried using a different browser (chrome and safari) and tried in an incognito window and also on a different computer but I can’t see the elements so I can’t edit or create new pages.
Any idea what the problem might be?

May we have temporary access to your website so we can take a closer look?
Cheers!

July 30, 2015 at 5:04 pm #480782Hi!
I’m able to add content in a new page as shown below:

Test page: http://www.ronenbekerman.com/29166-2/
Is their a specific element that doesn’t seem to be working on your end?
Best regards,
DakeJuly 30, 2015 at 7:22 pm #480867Here is what I see when I try to edit the page you created – http://screencast.com/t/uVBgP3jvWW4
The elements just don’t load up…
I’m pretty much lost here with this issue. I tried it on 4 different computers, 3 different browsers, created a brand new user but I just can’t see the elements when i’m trying to edit a page. They don’t load and it shows blank as you can see in the above screenshot.
Any idea what I can do in order to try and fix this?
July 30, 2015 at 7:34 pm #480875Hey!
Please try hard refreshing – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh and try de-activating all active plugins.

YigitJuly 30, 2015 at 7:37 pm #480882Hi Yigit, that’s the first thing I tried and also tried it again now and no go. I still can’t see the elements when I edit a page.
July 30, 2015 at 7:45 pm #480888Also tried deactivating all plugins but that also didn’t help.
July 30, 2015 at 9:59 pm #480973Hi!
I tried it on several computers as well as my phone and I’m still able to see the elements.
I doubt this will make a difference, but can you try logging in with the test account you provided us with?
Best regards,
DakeJuly 31, 2015 at 10:13 am #481211I tried but as you thought, it didn’t work. I still can’t see the element blocks.
I took a screenshot of the console panel after right clicking and choosing inspect element, maybe that can help you figure out what’s going on – http://screencast.com/t/3FrxRNqjEsj
Thanks.
July 31, 2015 at 9:50 pm #481569Hey!
I test out the edit page on a few more pcs (with different connections as well) and still no errors or visibility issues on my end.
I’m also getting the same information in the conosle:

I’ll escalate your particular issue to the rest of the team and let you know if there are any other troubleshooting steps you can try out.
Cheers!

Any ideas how to fix this?

DakeAugust 4, 2015 at 5:13 pm #482837Hey!
Have you tried on a different network? does it only happen on that installation?
Cheers!
JosueAugust 4, 2015 at 5:16 pm #482838Hi, I’ve tried this from 3 different locations with 3 different internet networks and no go.
Right now, this site is the only site I have this issue. I have Enfold installed on other sites and its working fine there
August 5, 2015 at 4:27 pm #483468Hey!
Please check the browser settings. Make sure that javascript scripting is enabled. If you’re working on chrome, try this: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/12654?hl=en
The advance layout builder is working when I check this page: http://www.ronenbekerman.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=29177&action=edit
