    Hello,

    since I updated my Enfold-Theme to version 4.7.6.3 I can’t edit any of my Slides.
    When I visit the LayerSlider WP tab I can still see all of my Slides, but when I choose any of them there is a white page without content.

    Maybe I just have to update the Plugin (I have version 6.11.2) but I don’t know how to do it, because the Plugins tab don’t shows the LayerSlider Plugin in the list.

    Hi Alex,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.3.1.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the login, I was able to see your slides in the layerslider, Please see the screenshot in the Private Content area.
    Please try clearing your browser cache, and if you see the layerslider splash screen click the big button in the middle of the screen, “Get Started”
