We have monitoring on our site. It shows:
UserScript TimeoutError: page.goto: Timeout 30000ms exceeded.Seems to only happen on the Home page (which has LayerSlider) but doesn’t happen on any other pages.
If I use default theme, there is no timeouterror.
I can’t troubleshoot (deactivate LayerSlider) because it’s bundled.
WordPress 5.9.3
Enfold Version: 4.9.2.2
all plugins are the latest versionsThanks!

May 4, 2022 at 6:03 am #1350397Hi,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Where do you see this error? The site loads fine when we checked and we didn’t see any errors in the browser console.
Best regards,

Attached is a screengrab of the loading icon in Firefox, which takes a very long time to load a simple page.

May 6, 2022 at 9:13 am #1350768Hi,
Thank you for the screenshots.
We have checked the theme files including the layer slider but we didn’t find any scripts using the page.goto function. Have you tried to disable the plugins temporarily?

IsmaelMay 6, 2022 at 9:16 am #1350769Hi,
UPDATE: Looks like the function page.goto is from a library called Puppeteer, which is not used by the theme. We don’t see the error in the browser console.
