    Layerslider stopped working completely on a previous version of Enfold. It’s just blank.

    I updated to Enfold 4.4.1, the layerslider is still blank.

    When I go to edit Layerslider, there’s a notification that says:
    “An update is available for LayerSlider WP!
    You have version 6.7.1. The latest version is 6.7.6.
    New releases contain new features, bug fixes and various improvements across the entire plugin. Set up auto-updates to upgrade to this new version, or request it from the author of your theme if you’ve received LayerSlider from them. Click here to learn more.”

    Is there any way to update Layerslider without paying for it, since I already paid for Enfold and it’s supposed to come bundled with Enfold?
    If not, is there a way to get the older version of the slider to work again?

    Thanks for the login details. Could you try clearing the cache from your caching/minify plugin and deactivate it to see if that helps please?

    Hello Rikard,

    i already tried clearing the cache, deactivate of plugins and all other suggestions mentioned in similar topics of this forum, but still no result. Can you please do any change with the login details provided, but fix the issue related to layer slider? This is client’s website and layer slider used on top of home page, that’s why it’s very urgent.

    I fixed the issue with the banner by deactivating another plugin. i also paid for the layerslider plugin, but now it won’t update. There’s an update notification but when I go to the updates page it’s not there.

    It’s not updated. I have version 6.7.1 and it says that version 6.7.6 is available. see screenshot. I cleared the cache and that did nothing.

    Thanks for the update.

    i also paid for the layerslider plugin

    You have to deactivate the theme’s layer slider plugin in the Enfold > Layout Builder > “Integrated (Bundled) LayerSlider Plugin” settings. Select the second option and then install the paid version of the layer slider in the Plugins panel.

    I also updated to 4.4.1 and now both the layerslider and the post slider on our homepage are not loading. I tried clearing cache, deactivating all plugins, and using a few solutions found on the Enfold forum and nothing is working for me.

    This is an ongoing issue — I haven’t been able to activate WooCommerce on our site because it also renders the same elements on our homepage invisible. Every Enfold and WP update I try to activate WooCommerce to see if a solution has been reached but every time it breaks our website.

    Please help!
