After the last WordPress 5.1.1 and Enfold 4.5 update the LayerSlider (version 6.7.1) is showing only blank white space on the pages.
I’ve checked the PHP version of the website which is 7. I have also tried to deactivate the plugins one by one but this also doesn’t work. There’s no cache plugin activated. Deleting a LayerSlider a page and then adding a new one also doesn’t work.I am also asking this question because we have 11 websites with Enfold licenses which are also using the LayerSlider. I dare not perform the updates on these websites because I am afraid that those sites that are doing well, then will go broke.
Hello, I run in the same Problems. The space in the published Content is there, but it only shows white.
same issue with https://sunavi-systems.de/produkt/eco-system/: No LayerSlider on top of the page, Accordion quit working too.
Did any of you get a solution on this white space in the sliders, i have 6 websites and they all have the same problem, Support? we need your help

Did you try to delete the element and save the page, then add it back again to see if that helps? If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

You might want to update the theme to the latest version first.

The the is already updated to the latest version of WordPress 5.1.1 and Enfold 4.5.
The plugin Redirection is now updated to version 4.1.
In the plugin list you can see that all the 12 active plugins are updated but when you look at the updates overview t seems like another plugin needs an update. Could this be the LayerSlider plugin?
The theme Twenty Nineteen, who also needs an update is not active.Best regards, Nicole
Having the same issue. (No cache plugins, last version of the theme, PHP 7.1 running, tried deactivating some plugins, and tried resaving the slider). Nothing working.

As of today, the latest version is 4.5.5. LayerSlider does not work with Gutenberg activated and WordPress 5.1 runs with Gutenberg.

So this means that I have to install an older version of WordPress? Or what is your solution?
Do I have to restore an old backup of the website and how does this work in the future?
Does this also mean that our other 10 websites which we have build with Enfold can’t be updated anymore?
I am afraid that we are getting more problems with your theme then……
Please answer me as soon as possible.

You can update the theme to Enfold 4.5.5 and it should work fine, the Layer Slider is update in it. If you’re not using Layer Slider you can simply deactivate it.

You can download the files manually from your Themeforest account and upload it via FTP to your server.
