    Dear Kriesi team,

    I’m trying to figure out, how I can adjust the layerslider’s position on the page.
    I installed the Play By Scroll demo and used these layers to configure my own pictures.

    But even after deleting the rest of the template layers, which were on the top of the page
    the slider is still placed on the bottom of the page and you need to scroll down endlessly
    until it appears in the viewport.

    There’s no entry in the jQuery DOM advanced settings and the slider is implemented via
    shortcode into an empty page (except the slider).

    What can I do to move the whole slider to the top of the page (still fullscreen)?

    Hi Rikard,

    of course you can have an admin login (private content).
    But please don’t change the other sliders or pages and don’t activate the theme,
    because the rest of my website is already in use for application purposes. ;-)

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Also, could you try adding the Layer Slider using the theme Layout Builder instead?

    Hi Rikard,

    the update is done, but nothing has changed.
    If I’m using the Layout Builder function Layer Slider, the animation is not even displayed anymore.

    I started a new slider, using the same adjustments, to make sure that no old settings from the demo are the problem.
    Now there are two testing pages:

    Landing Page 1
    – added via layout builder | Result: Not even working in some browsers
    – slider name: PROBLEM SLIDER (ID 17)
    —————————–
    Landing Page 2
    – added via short code | Only working, when scrolled to the bottom
    – slider name: NEW START SLIDER (ID 19)
    —————————–

    Do you have any other idea?

    Hello Victoria,

    I made the system update and deactivated the Enfold bundle version.
    I activated PHP7 on my server and Suhosin is also checked no/green now.
    Result: No error information any more on the system status page.

    Nevertheless my problem is still the same and I need to find a solution
    very soon, because my job situation is urgent and I need this for my
    application.

    I don’t use IIS.

    p.s.: After deactivating the bundle version the implementation via layout builder isn’t working anymore, so I changed all pages to the shortcode versions.

    I changed the shortcode and the slider seems to work now.
