Hello,
thanks first of all for developing such a great solution as Enfold – it makes life easy. :)
BUT…l have one issue with the LayerSlider on the Startpage:
It works good on nearly all tested devices – like several browsers on Windows-PCs, iPhones, iPads…. but on Android (-> Firefox) I am facing the issue that some text-layers are overlapping.
You can see the issue in that picture:
http://neueseite.lsc-berlin.de/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/IMG_2974.jpg
“Lichtenrader” is one layer and “SC” is one layer – but they are overlapping… and also the layer below “1973 e.V.” is crashing into it.
Usually it looks good on all other tested devices – you can also check it here: http://neueseite.lsc-berlin.de
Do you have any idea what could be the reason?
I played already with the witdh of the layers, setting from px to % and some other settings – but found no solution for that.
Thanks a lot in advance.
Best regards,
OliverPS: Same issue can be faced on your Enfold Demo-page “Enfold 2017” with my Samsung A53 with latest Android and Firefox.
See result here:

Thanks for the screenshot and the link to your site, I tested your layerslider and our 2017 Demo layerslider on my Android Galaxy, with three browsers, Firefox, Chrome, and Brave and Firefox was the only one showing the error, Chrome and Brave showd the layerslider correctly:
Have you tested with Chrome on your Android device? I tried searching the LayerSlider Support Forum for this specific issue but I didn’t find this one, I did find other conflicts with the layerslider and firefox but they were older. Please try asking the LayerSlider Support Forum about this as they would have the most knowledge about their plugin.Best regards,
MikeSeptember 16, 2022 at 7:28 pm #1365290Thanks for your answer, Mike.
True…. I also had that issue only in Firefox for Android. (Even Firefox on iOS is working fine)
I just wanted to place a Ticket at LayerSlider… but they are saying:
If you’ve received one of our products bundled in your theme, then product support and updates are handled by the theme author.
So I am not able to create a Ticket without having purchased a license. Could you inform the LayerSlider-Support about that issue?
Thank you,

September 16, 2022 at 8:34 pm #1365297Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, I asked the rest of the team if they have any ideas for the issue or how to forward it to the layerslider team.
I’m just not sure how to apply any solutions to only Android Firefox, but I will post back when I hear something.
Thank you for your patience.Best regards,

OliverSeptember 20, 2022 at 2:35 pm #1365706Hi Oliver,
Could you please edit your slider and set HTML element to
as shown in the screenshot – https://imgur.com/a/MfrEQey and check if that helps? If it does not help, could you please share more information such as device type, software versions, etc.? :)
Best regards,
YigitSeptember 21, 2022 at 11:39 am #1365803Hello Yigit,
unfortunatley that did not help… in fact it was already by default set to that HTML-setting.
Following details to my device:
Samsung Galaxy A53 5G
Android 12 (Version: A536BXXU3AVGA
Firefox 104.2.0
In general I keep all software up to date.I think Mike had the same issue with his Galaxy + Android, that the Layerslider on my page and also on the Enfold 2007-demo looks broken. If needed maybe you can also aks for MIkes device-details.
Thanks for further clarifications with the Layerslider-Support and please let me know if you need any more details or tests by me.
Best regards,

YigitSeptember 23, 2022 at 4:52 pm #1366150Hi Oliver,
LayerSlider devs have informed me that they have found the issue and will include the fix in one of the upcoming versions (LayerSlider 7.5.1 or 7.5.2 in my opinion). As always we are going to make sure Enfold has the latest version of LayerSlider but for now, unfortunately there seems to be no quick solution :(
Best regards,
YigitSeptember 23, 2022 at 5:42 pm #1366163Hi Yigit,
awesome – thanks for your effort.:) :)
It doesn’t matter that it’s not a quick solution… Anyway a solution in near future is better than no solution ;)
Can you confirm that I can delete the login-credentials for that support-issue?
Thanks a lot and kind regards,
OliverSeptember 23, 2022 at 6:01 pm #1366165Hi,
Glad that Yigit and the LayerSlider team were able to sort this out, I have removed the login info, unless there is anything else we can help with on this issue, shall we close this then?Best regards,
MikeSeptember 26, 2022 at 10:04 am #1366311Yes – topic can be closed then from my point of view.
