    Hello.
    We have a message to update “Layer slider”.
    Is layer slider bundled with the Enfold theme?
    We use Enfold theme version 4.7.2

    Hey cacvaquero,

    Yes, the LayerSlider is bundled with the theme, so it can’t be updated separately. Please try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.3): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Thank you.
    I uploaded the latest version.
    Seems to be working but this file wouldn’t upload.

    Failed to open “\Enfold Theme\enfoldv_09_16_2020\themeforest-in76ezm4-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme-wordpress-theme\enfold\config-layerslider\LayerSlider\assets\static\layerslider\plugins\timeline\layerslider.timeline.css” for reading

    Hi cacvaquero,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, though I get a Microsoft login prompt on the WordPress login page, I’m not sure why that is?

    About your problem; did you try to upload the theme again?
