    Hello
Layer slider not working and did update the theme to the latest as per some other guides.

When I am logged in as WP-ADMIN it works fine. Please if you can fix it for me rather than providing me a guide.

Also about us page has slider too. I am in the process of publishing the website but will not look right if it doesnt work.

    Hey surbhik82,

Thanks for the login details. I can only see Easy Sliders on those two pages, where can we see the actual problem you are having?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

I am experiencing the same thing on the homepage. I will include login information in private section.

Thank you for your help, it is greatly appreciated!

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the theme is current and I disabled all of the plugins to see if that was the issue and still had the problem.

    Thank you!

Nevermind, I just did a away with the slider and used the Enfold slider in its place.

    Thanks.

same issue for me. only the admin sees the home page layerslider. i’m not sure when the issue started. the owner of the business noticed it today. i have attempted updating possible suspect plug-ins, one by one, but no luck. would definitely appreciate a quick look at the site (url and login listed in the private content)

    Hi chrisguess,

I see error messages related to jQuery on the home page, but I’m not sure what is causing them unfortunately. I tried changing the jQuery version and disabled file compression in the theme, but that didn’t make any difference. Could you try disabling the SG Caching plugin to see if that changes anything please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi chrisguess,

Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) on the staging site, to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Best regards,
